AYASO Health processes health and contact data as a data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We collect clinic staff credentials, patient demographics, unique clinic IDs, clinical notes, prescriptions, and billing records solely to deliver EMR and practice-management services you contract for.
Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and shared only with staff roles your facility enables. You may request access, correction, or erasure through your facility administrator or tech@ayaso.health.
